Upbeat desk staff very helpful; my reading glasses broke and they sent me to a nearby optician who repaired them free of charge upon learning I was a hotel guest. Breakfast included, lots of choice and served in a bright, nicely decorated room.

A bit of a slog to get to the bus stop, but not unmanageable.

hotel is ideally situated, close to all main areas of interest, staff very friendly, breakfast was beautiful, oh and room was perfect ,most important the price was very reasonable too.

Decor in the room was very pleasing. Good quality bedding and comfortable bed. Easy access to the lift. Good security measures with key card for rooms, doors and lift access. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom were immaculately clean. Really good value for money.

how near it was to where we had to go

we stayed on the 3rd floor the smell on the corridor was very bad .. and the cover on the double bed had stains on it i didn't like to think what they may have been

excellent receptionist. Allowed late check out. Very central location. Maybe good for those on a budget.

Hotel room was on first floor facing street;Windows were not that secure and very difficult to close. Bed linen had been repaired/stitched from previous damage-didnt give a great impression.

          • Older travelers
            8.8

Room was a good size. staff were friendly and helpful.

Could do with better soundproofing in rooms to front of building as there was a lot of noise coming from the street.

          • Older travelers
            7.8

Easy walking distance to centre of Dublin. Room very clean and had everything in it we needed. We used it as a base to explore as only in Dublin a few days. Didn't spend much time in hotel.

Room was on road side-could replace windows with double glazing to block out noise from early morning deliveries or late night revellers!

            8.2

The woman at the front desk was wonderful. We were allowed to check in early on the day we arrived. They were very accomodating. The location of the hotel was also very good. Very good sized triple room. There was plenty of room especially for a city hotel. Nice breakfast in the hotel bar.

The hotel was clean but needs some redecorating. The carpets in the room were a bit scruffy and could use a good cleaning. The bathroom was clean but there were some broken tiles. Also very weak water pressure. The tv remote was broken. Over all I still thought it was a decent hotel mostly because of the women that worked there. They were beyond helpful and I honestly think I would go back to the hotel because of them.

          • Older travelers
            9.2

Hotel in good lacation within walking distance of the main city attractions. Located in backstreet but near cafe, pubs and night clubs. Good restaurant attached serving a good breakfast, also evening meals and drinks. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay again.

We were in the front on the third floor. I was woken up by noisy people in the street at 0230 Sunday morning, but my wife slept through it. If I stay again I would ask for a back room. Due to the street noise we had to have the window closed, and there was no air-conditioning in our room, but as it was a cool weekend this was not a problem for us.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and able to answer any questions we had during our stay. Comfortable rooms, good location in the temple bar area of Dublin, short walking distance to all restaurants, bars and places of interest or to do some shopping etc.

It was convenient to sightseeing and Theatre.

Perfect location for me as the hotel is located near my office.

I forgot my toothpaste and saw in the room literature and also in the bathroom to ask at reception if you had forgotten toiletries which I did only to be told they didn't have any.

          • Family with children
            10.0

The location is great, very convenient to the bars/pubs in the Bar Temple area. There is a great breakfast cafe down the street called Taste Cafe. Very helpful staff and very nice and clean hotel.

The hotel is hard to find when driving into 'Dublin from the airport. We followed the written directions on the website and still got lost. Some of this problem is due to the way the city of Dublin is laid out. Sometimes, the names of streets change in the middle of the block and sometimes, the street signage isn't there or is hard to read. We finally parked the car and just went walking looking for the hotel. It is very important to use their designated parking garage for 10 euros. We finally just parked the car in a parking garage up the street and paid 30 euros. We had driven around so much, we were afraid of moving the car and getting farther away from the hotel and not be able to find it again.

This is an excellent hotel. My room had one of the nicest bathrooms I have seen in any hotel in Dublin. Breakfast is served til 12.30pm. PLUS, discounted parking at the Drury Street Carpark is excellent value @ €6 for overnight, and could only be more convenient if it were located in the hotel lobby. I will most definately be returning. Twelve and a half out marks of ten for the Drury Court Hotel!

excellent location, ideal for theatre restaurants and shops. Room spacious and very comfortable, good wardrobe space, tea and coffee making facilities.

There were no toiletries in the bathroom, except for poor quality combination shampoo and conditioner.
